Every chapter has people you see on stage. And then there are the ones who make sure there is a stage at all.
For JCI Baguio, one of those people is our Vice President, Ray Benedict Gorgonio.

The graphics that carried our story across social media. The posts that made JCI Baguio look as strong online as we are in the field. The meeting announcements that kept every member informed and every gathering on track. That was Ray.
Documented.
The secretarial work. The details kept in order. The quiet paperwork of a busy chapter, handled so the rest of us could keep moving. That was Ray too.
Delivered.
When it came to our awards bids, Ray was there, lending his hand to the work behind our submissions, and bringing the rare perspective of someone who has also sat on the other side of the table as a judge.
That experience matters. Ray knows what excellence looks like, because he has been asked to recognize it in others. And he brought that same standard home to JCI Baguio.
Not one big spotlight moment.
A hundred small ones, stitched together into something the whole chapter relied on.
That is the kind of leader Ray is.
He does not wait to be asked twice. He sees what needs doing, and he does it, whether it is a design, a deadline, a document, or a favor no one else had time for.
