Every moment this chapter is proud of, someone had to be there to capture it. For JCI Baguio, that someone is almost always Franco.
Meet our Director for Community and official photographer and videographer, Alleon “Franco” Franco Chanco.
If JCI Baguio has a memory, Franco helped build it. The projects, the meetings, the milestones, the faces, so much of what we look back on exists because Franco was behind the lens, making sure none of it was lost.
And he is not just there to document. He is there. Present at the meetings. Present at the projects. Present when the work is exciting, and present when it is quiet and unglamorous. That kind of consistency is rare, and Franco has made it his signature.
When JCI Vietnam came to Baguio for our cultural exchange, Franco was part of what made it work, welcoming our guests and helping bridge two chapters and two countries.
He has met delegations and visitors from across the JCI world, and every time, he has represented this chapter with warmth and professionalism, the kind of first impression that makes people remember Baguio.
And he brings something few can match: experience. Franco has been a Jaycee since 2018, and a Past Executive Vice President. Someone who has seen this chapter through many seasons, and chose to keep showing up through all of them.
That is the quiet strength of a leader like Franco.
He does not need the spotlight, because he is the one holding the camera that points it at everyone else.
The photos carry our memories.
The videos carry our story.
And Franco carries the steady, faithful presence that has been part of JCI Baguio for years.
