JCI Baguio started 2024 with a bang, bagging not one, but two prestigious recognitions during the first Area Council Meeting held in Dagupan City on February 3, 2024.The chapter was hailed as the Most Efficient Local Organization in Training in the Ilocandia Region for Quarter 1.
