On February 22, 2026, JCI Baguio proudly took its place at the 1st Ilocandia Regional Council Meeting held at the Plaza Garden Hotel. Headed by our empowering Regional Vice President, Janina Carine Medina Fariñas, it was an inspiring and highly productive assembly, marked by a 100% attendance rate from all the dynamic 2026 Local Organization Presidents across the Ilocandia Region.

As we laid down the strategic blueprints for the year under RVP Janina’s leadership, the energy in the room made one thing clear: Ilocandia is ready to lead with purpose, innovation, and impact. From regional collaborations to localized community development programs, JCI Baguio remains steadfast in its commitment to bridge gaps and empower the highlands and beyond.
