Baguio has always been a city where music speaks louder than words. From the underground rock scene to the legendary Rock Against Drugs movement, music has been a powerful voice for change.
As part of our ongoing efforts to give back to the community and promote social awareness, JCI Baguio proudly presents ROCK AGAINST DRUGS: THE REUNION—a historic concert that traces its roots back to 1990, when it was first spearheaded by BABE-LEADA (Baguio Benguet League Against Drug Abuse) under the leadership of then Councilor Lito Pangilinan.
After more than 30 years, the very individuals who pioneered this groundbreaking initiative will reunite, proving that their passion for music and advocacy remains stronger than ever. This is more than just a concert—it’s a movement, a call to action, and a celebration of Baguio’s unwavering stand against substance abuse.
Featuring: Legendary rock icons and rising local bands, united for one unforgettable night.
Mission: To inspire, educate, and continue the fight for a drug-free community through the power of rock and roll.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our amazing sponsors who have made this event possible. Your support fuels not just this concert but also the cause it stands for.
Mark your calendars. March 15, 2025, at Smoke & Barrel, Marcos Highway, Baguio City. Join us and be part of history. Let’s rock for a cause.
