What started as a simple idea grew into something much bigger: a community coming together to help families affected by the landslide.
JCI Baguio was proud to co-host this meaningful initiative with JCI San Juan Pinaglabanan with President Mai Sun, SG Pat, OG Nico, and JCI Dagupan Bangus with President Owen Navarro and his members in co-hosting, where fellowship, sports, and service came together for a greater purpose.
What was originally planned for 4 courts expanded to 7, as more players continued to join even after slots were filled. It was an incredible reminder of what happens when people rally behind a cause. 
Congratulations and thank you to the organizers and volunteers who turned this idea into reality in just four weeks. From planning and coordination to preparing the event details and welcoming participants, everyone played a part in making the activity a success.
Our appreciation also goes to Proving Grounds Sports Center for serving as the host partner and venue, to all our generous sponsors and supporters, and especially to every player who showed up, including those who traveled just to participate.
Every registration, every serve, every rally, and every person who joined helped transform a day of pickleball into an opportunity to extend assistance to families in need.
This is what JCI fellowship is all about: building friendships, developing leaders, strengthening partnerships, and turning the things we enjoy into opportunities to create positive change.
