On June 2, 2026, JCI Baguio successfully conducted Taloy ang Pangarap Year 2, bringing together volunteers, professionals, community partners, and advocates in a shared effort to support the young learners of Taloy Norte Elementary School, Tuba, Benguet.

The project delivered a range of educational, health, and community services designed to promote the well-being and development of students. Activities included the distribution of school supplies, medical and dental check-ups, proper handwashing and first aid training, free haircut services, and counseling sessions. Each component of the program reinforced the importance of investing in children as a foundation for a brighter future.
The initiative was made possible through the collective efforts of project leaders, volunteers, partner organizations, sponsors, educators, healthcare professionals, parents, and local government stakeholders who contributed their time, resources, and expertise to ensure the success of the activity.






The smiles, enthusiasm, and optimism displayed by the students throughout the program reflected the positive impact of the initiative and underscored the value of collaborative community service. Taloy ang Pangarap Year 2 demonstrated how meaningful and lasting change can be achieved when individuals and organizations come together with a common purpose.

Guided by the theme “Kaalaman, Kalusugan, at Kalikasan para sa mga Bata,” the project served as a testament to the power of service, collaboration, and community in shaping a better future for young learners.
